In exquisite condition, a genuine and very ornate ornamental pot with lid by the renowned Neopolitan ceramics manufacturer Capodimonte, Italy. This beautiful piece dates from the mid-Century era, probably the 1950’s. It stands on four feet and has been decorated extravagantly in the classic Capodimonte style with diamond cut outs, scalloped edging, fluting and delicate ceramic leaf and floral detail.

Condition is superb. I can find no chips or broken edges. It bears the Capodimonte stamp underneath.
