An early 20th. Century, c.1920, Chinese carved hardwood display shelf.
This three-tiered stand is crafted in hardwood, with an intricate open work, carved and pierced, design of oval form, and with bamboo-like decorative carve pillars.
The size indicates that this would have been used as a table display for objet d’art.
In superb antique condition with no damage to the carved elements.
