We like to have a email regarding any query about the item before purchase and also we will ask for postcode so we can get accurate shipping cost. We always wrap our furniture in bubble wrap, cardboard and shrink wrap before posting. We don’t have  warranty for the furniture as they have restored before purchase. we also can send lots of photos before hand and make sure we have described our items as best as our ability.
