Chromed steel folding trivet of modernist design by Jacques Adnet of France.

The trivet stands on ball feet and opens with a scissor-like action. It can be set to a variety of positions creating a matrix of square or diamond shapes. With the ball feet being situated at its extremities, it make for a very stable trivet that can accommodate a large pan or serving dish.

CONDITION: The trivet is in very good pre-loved condition with only light signs of use commensurate with age.

DIMENSIONS: Measured square the trivet is 23.7 x 23.7cm (9 ⅜” x 9 ⅜”). Measured diagonally it is 33 x 27cm (13” x 10 5⁄8”). In folded position the trivet is 34.8cm (13 11⁄16”) in length.
