About this product
A delightful example of an 18th century secretaire Bookcase this item is a lovely, sweet, small size with mainly original glazing to the doors. It is of excellent quality and the choice of mahogany has been considered. Also, it is quite unusual for a smaller example to have such a relatively refined interior which is a nice touch. Although the handles are replacements they are of the original style and are a more than acceptable replacement for the original. In fact, from a distance, you would never imagine they are replacements. Overall the condition is excellent and due to its small size it would be perfect on such a variety of spots and spaces around the home.
